What is solid fragrance?
Solid fragrance is a beeswax-based perfume applied directly to the skin. It offers a more subtle, close-to-skin scent experience compared to traditional sprays.
How strong are Bee Free fragrances?
Bee Free fragrances are designed to be subtle and wearable, never overpowering.
How long does the scent last?
Longevity varies by scent and skin chemistry. Our solid fragrances are intended for gentle, everyday wear with easy reapplication. On average fragrance can last 3-4 hours.
How do you use a solid fragrance?
Open compact by turning the top clockwise with thumb to reveal the fragrance. Swipe your finger gently across the surface, apply to wrists, neck, or behind ears. Close compact when finished and re-apply as needed.
Do you produce large batches?
Everything is made in small batches with ethically sourced ingredients.
Are you a drop shipping company?
No. We are a woman-owned small business and everything is made in small batches.
Where are Bee Free Solid fragrances made?
Bee Free is handcrafted in the USA.
Do you donate or give back to the community?
Yes. A percentage of each order is donated to The Bee Conservancy, a non-profit dedicated to protecting bees, building habitat, and strengthening communities together.

Is Bee Free good for people sensitive to strong scents?
Many customers prefer Bee Free because our fragrances are softer and less intense than traditional perfumes.
Do you recommend a patch test?
Yes. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full application and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
Are your products tested on animals?
Bee Free products are not tested on animals.
Does your product have preservatives?
We do not use any type of preservatives. Our fragrances are made naturally, so you don't have to worry about what you are putting on your skin.
Do you use harsh chemicals for your scents?
We use ethically sourced ingredients. Our scents are thoughtfully formulated and are made with fine fragrance oils and essential oils.
Is you product vegan?
Our fragrances are vegan, however our balm is made from Ethically Sourced Beeswax.

What comes with a single fragrance + case purchase?
Each single fragrance plus case includes one refillable case and one solid fragrance.
Do I need a case to use refills?
Yes. Refills are designed to be used with Bee Free refillable cases.
What’s the difference between the Discovery Set and the Luxury Set?
The Discovery Set includes three curated scents to help you explore Bee Free. The Luxury Set includes our core fragrance collection (Nectar, Wildflower, Spring, Juicy).
